Who are we?

Hi,

My name is Louise Trower, owner of Potters Pantry, a catering company that specialises in delivering quality food and treats.

​

Potters Pantry was established during the first Covid-19 Lockdown in 2020 when I was furloughed from the restaurant I had been running for 15 years.

During this time I started cooking from home for friends and family and this grew until we had a small local following.

​

I decided to follow my dreams of working for myself using my chef skills that were honed at Buxton Catering College along with my knowhow of running a catering business. 

Now instead of being the boss of around 30 people, I only boss around my Husband who also helps me by getting the ingredients and delivering the food.

​

We decided to launch a prep-meal business with the following goals in mind. Keep things local and minimise our carbon footprint.

Our aim is to become a supplier who builds relationships with our customers, that tweaks recipes to meet your goals.

We want to be on first name terms with our customers, creating a service that’s transparent, trustworthy and high quality.
